Once you have a prescription from your Physician for Physical Therapy, please call our office. Our phone # is 609-926-1161. During this call we will ask for your demographic information, insurance ID numbers and prescription information. If you were referred to a specific Physical Therapist, please let us know so we can schedule you accordingly.
We will schedule you for an initial evaluation with a Physical Therapist. After this evaluation your Therapist will set up a therapy program designed specifically for you. You will begin your program on your second visit to our office. If you do not yet have a prescription from your doctor or have questions, please call us at anytime. We are happy to help. |
